22 Then it pleased the apostles and elders, with the whole church, to send chosen men of their own company to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas, namely, Judas who was also named Barsabas,[g] and Silas, leading men among the brethren.
23 They wrote this letter by them:
The apostles, the elders, and the brethren,
To the brethren who are of the Gentiles in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia:
Greetings.
24 Since we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, [h]saying, “You must be circumcised and keep the law”—to whom we gave no such commandment— 25 it seemed good to us, being assembled with one [i]accord, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who will also report the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Spirit, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from things offered to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual[j] immorality. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well.
Farewell.
Good morning and welcome
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen

Good Morning. God Bless All Here Today.
"Now and Forever. May You Always Be Able. To Touch the Hand of God"
Yesterday. Some ranting, screeching poster start attacking me about 'religious zealotry'. It appears 'he/she/it/they/them' was triggered because I mentioned 'God".
Rejoice because any time you are attacked because of the Lord you will have a reward waiting for you.
Amen
Good morning everyone. I don't know what's going on but I am not happy. Someone changed the time on when this was to be published. That has been happening lately and I don't like it.
Good morning. Getting ready for church & then last minute touches to the house before we make ourselves scarce for a couple hours. Praying this showing goes well.
Many people seem to have missed the full and simple truth about the law being abolished. They emphasize that it was not the moral law that was abolished, but the ceremonial law. The truth is the entire law was abolished and only nine of the ten commandments were reinstated in the new covenant.
Acts 15:24 Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain which went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: to whom we gave no such commandment:
Exactly. I always, always post the daily thread at around 5:11 in the morning or 5:12 and this morning when I opened it up it was set for 5:22 which was past when I had my OP set for.
I know.
Could be the bluehost update that happened a few days ago.
I don't know how, but that's all I got...
What church?
Oh I thought you were talking about God/Jesus church of born again believers.
Is why I asked.
The wrong church is the RCC.
