How are you this morning? It's still hot here but we could see some storms this afternoon.
We're in the fifties this morning, so cool but it will warm up today. They still haven't caught that shooter, Joseph Couch. Schools in the area have continued to be closed and it drags on and on. The Daniel Boone forest is huge and I don't see how the guy could have survived there for this length of time. Did you see the debate?

There was another shooting? I didn't see the news yesterday so haven't heard about it. Heartbreaking!
The man Joseph Couch stood on a overpass shooting at cars and people were shot. None killed but wounded and then he fled into the woods.
That wasn't a debate, that was three on one. It has come out that Linsey Davis (debate moderator) and Kamala are sorority sisters.
Notice how Kamala wasn't fact checked once, even though she outright lied over 30 times. Trump was reminded more than once, what the question was, Kamala wandered all over the place while dodging every question, and never held to task.
In this one point Gamaliel was correct. If God had not backed it under these circumstances Christianity would have failed.
Many false religions have succeeded in the world and still continue, either where they have superseded or corrupted Christianity. So, to say that all that is not of God fails is sometimes untrue.

A homeless man got off the train at the Pennsylvania depot. For years, he lived as a beggar on the streets. He touched a man on the shoulder and said, "Mister, can you please spare a dime?" The man turned around and the beggar recognized him as his father. "Father," he said, "don't you know me?" The father threw his arms around him and cried out, "I found you! All I have is yours!" The former beggar later gave his testimony at an evangelistic meeting and said, "Think of it. I, as a tramp, stood begging my father for 10 cents when for 18 years he'd been looking for me to give me all he had." Most people spend their lives begging for scraps of love, approval, success, attention, recognition, joy, and purpose. And all the time your heavenly Father is waiting to give you not scraps, but more love, acceptance, and joy than you could ever dream of. God didn't create you to beg. God made you to be His child. Your Father is God. Turn to Him, and He'll give you abundant life.

People lost jobs during the pandemic, rent was free for a time, then it wasn't. Then people were homeless and there is an exploding bunch of baby boomers and young families with children who are now homeless. At least your city is doing something for them. They've made public camping illegal in my state! What are people supposed to do? I haven't a clue either Amy.
